LAGOON 400 - Interior
Even a light breeze drove the Lagoon 400 to half of the apparent-wind speed, but
highest on Beneteau priorities for the new Lagoon 400 are spaciousness,
innovative liveaboard details, simplified handling, and good ergonomics.
The real liveaboard luxury becomes apparent when you enter Lagoon 400
large main saloon and multiple private cabins. Volume, comfort and
brightness define this interior, in which the family will really feel at
home.
LAGOON 400 MAIN SALON - comfort and
natural light
The Lagoon 400, with large, vertical windows offers unparalleled
light and views. Light is the keyword. There is a 360° visibility from
the saloon. Click pictures to enlarge.
Sailing catamaran LAGOON 400 - Interior
The Lagoon 400 deliver luxurious living in a space
comparable to that of a 60-foot monohull.
Forward cabins double beds convertible into single berths. There
is an exceptional luminosity in the cabins thanks to large
hull windows.
LAGOON 400 - CABINS
Sailing catamaran Lagoon 400 has 4 cabins with double bed plus two
skipper cabins. Each hull of Lagoon 400 contains two double cabins
and two head/shower compartments plus extra cabin for skipper in the
bow. Both guest cabins used the ample hull space well but the
forward one had a unique feature of changing from a double into two
separate bunks, via a handy infill arrangement. The forward bed has
a slide-out separation piece that quickly converts the mattress from
a double to two side by side singles.
There is plenty of natural light and ventilation in all cabins, with
blinds/insect screens over the deck hatches and curtains over the
ports and side windows. Window space and natural light are excellent
and, with the one-way view larger windows, combine to give privacy
as well. Clever stuff. There is no shortage of headroom in the
cabins or bathrooms.
The wood decoration in oak veneer on laminated supports is nice,
and well-finished, with very precise assemblies; the atmosphere will
be pleasant in both hot and cold weather.
